By using our website, booking a consultation, enrolling in a membership, or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
RGF Solutions offers financial education, credit consulting, and credit restoration membership services. Our services include:

We do not provide legal or financial advisory services and do not guarantee specific credit score improvements or outcomes.
3. Client Responsibilities
By enrolling in our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Maintain an active credit monitoring account (if required for service).

Follow the strategies and recommendations provided to maximize results.

Communicate in a professional manner and adhere to scheduled consultations.
3A. Onboarding & Program Start
Clients must complete onboarding within 7 calendar days of enrollment. Onboarding includes submitting required documents, linking active credit monitoring, and completing all intake forms.
The program officially begins once onboarding is completed. Delays in onboarding may limit the amount of work completed within the program timeframe. Program end dates are not automatically extended due to delayed onboarding.
3B. Client Participation & Delays
Program timelines are not paused due to delayed document uploads, inactive or unlinked credit monitoring, credit freezes, or lack of client response.
Failure to complete required steps in a timely manner may reduce the number of dispute rounds completed within the program period.
3C. Credit Monitoring Requirement
Active credit monitoring access is required to perform dispute work and track investigation results. If monitoring is not linked or becomes inactive, dispute activity may be paused until access is restored.
Delays caused by inactive or inaccessible monitoring do not extend the program timeline.
3D. New Accounts Added After Enrollment
Dispute coverage applies only to items present on the credit report at the time of enrollment.
If a new account or negative item appears after enrollment, it falls outside the original scope of the Bronze program. Clients must choose how they wish to proceed using available extension or upgrade options.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may impact results and may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Membership & Payment Terms
RGF Solutions offers a 3, 6, and 7-month prepaid memberships for credit consulting and restoration services.

Full payment is required upfront before services begin.

Payment plans that are not completed will result in client being banned from future services

No refunds will be issued once services have started.

Clients will have access to ongoing support, education, and dispute services throughout the membership period.

If a client chooses to cancel their membership early, no partial refunds will be given for unused months.
5. No Guarantees or Promises
While we utilize industry-proven methods and expertise, we do not guarantee:

The removal of any specific negative accounts.

A specific increase in credit scores.
-
Approvals for credit applications, loans, or financial products.
Credit improvement results vary based on individual financial history, creditor responses, and client participation.
6. Dispute Process & Limitations
Clients understand that credit repair requires the submission of disputes to credit bureaus and creditors. The dispute process follows legal guidelines outlined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and may take several months.

Some negative items may not be removable if verified as accurate by creditors.

Clients must not add new negative accounts or miss payments during the service period.
7. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. By using our services, you agree that:

Chargebacks for completed services will be disputed with supporting evidence.

Clients must reach out to RGF Solutions directly to resolve any concerns before filing a chargeback.
Any client found to be committing fraudulent disputes or chargebacks will be banned from future services and may be reported to collections.
8. Termination of Services
RGF Solutions reserves the right to terminate any client’s service if:

They fail to provide required documents or maintain an active credit monitoring account.

They do not pay balance or complete payment plan

They engage in fraudulent activity or abusive behavior toward staff.

They violate these Terms & Conditions.
Clients will be notified if their service is terminated and will not be eligible for a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Greenfield Financial Solutions shall not be held liable for:

Any losses, damages, or financial setbacks resulting from the use of our services.

Third-party actions, including credit bureaus, creditors, or financial institutions.

Any delays or rejections from credit bureaus during the dispute process.
Clients assume full responsibility for following provided recommendations and managing their own credit decisions.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties outside of service providers necessary to facilitate your credit improvement journey.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in accordance with state and federal legal procedures.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
